CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
During this unprecedented time, due to the Coronavirus, we
would like to inform you that we are still open and taking referrals. Currently, we are providing individual,
family, and group counseling for our mutual clients. We are able to provide these services in
accordance with guidelines, practices, and guidance from Governor Pritzker, the
State of Illinois, the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the
American Counseling Association (ACA), and the American Psychological
Association (APA). We are using several
different platforms to meet with our clients including phone calls, texting,
emailing, Skype, Zoom, and others. If
necessary, we are willing to meet face-to-face with clients as well, using CDC
recommended guidelines.
Who Is AMT?
The professional, contracted staff of AMT is composed of well-trained and experienced counselors and psychotherapists possessing a wide range of diagnostic and treatment skills. All staff members have completed various graduate and post-graduate training and are fully licensed or certified practitioners in
AMT contracted clinicians are uniquely client-sensitive and flexible in their approach to treatment and are known for innovations and contributions in Behavioral Health Care. Our commitment to our patients is to provide quality care with a view of the whole person. Thus, the care is tailored to the specific needs of the individual. AMT firmly believes that the patient is an active, collaborative member in his/her treatment and encourages this participation throughout the entire therapeutic process.
